Friday
Core Circuit
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 3:00 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Clean, Squat, Press
20 kg – 8 each
Assisted Neutral Grip Pullups
#16 – 10 reps

Completed this circuit with no problem. Did not have as much energy as I wanted but I had really done a lot yesterday.

Sent my feedback to Dave and have my workout plan for next week already.

Monday
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 2:30 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up
6 kg – 9 each side
Kettlebell Snatch
20 kg – 17 each

Tuesday
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1:20 minute rest between sets
Dumbbell Push Press – 45 lb Dumbbells – 10 reps
Bulgarian Split Squat (rear foot up on bench)
28 kg – 11 reps each leg
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns ( machine # !6 )
150 lbs. – 10 reps

Wednesday
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
1-Hand Kettlebell Swings
24 kg – 18 reps each
Kettlebell Figure 8’s
24 kg – 12 each direction

Thursday
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Lateral Lunge
20 kg – 13 reps each leg
Kettlebell Renegade Rows
20 kg – 13 reps each side (alternate sides each set)
Kettlebell Pushups
20 kg – 7 reps each (alternate sides each set)

Friday
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 3:00 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Clean, Squat, Press

Assisted Wide Grip Pullups
#16 – 10 reps

Izzy Barish, my friend from over youtube way and also at www.kettlebellworks.com made a new video doing kettlebells on the dock. Boy, I would love to be doing that. My suggestion for a real workout would be to toss the KG’s into the lake and go diving for Kettlebell’s. Now, that would be fun.
