It’s the Fourth of July.
Gym opens at 8AM today for the 4th. I got there about 9 and it was packed. So packed that after doing my warm up routine I could not find a place to do my Kettlebell routine so I did my cardio first. When I was done with the cardio the exercise area had cleared out a bit and I was able to find a space.
The swings and figure 8′s with the 24 KG’s are going well but they are really pushing me. I had to take a couple extra seconds here and there a couple of times.
As I do my workout I am sweating like a horse, panting like a dog and walking around fast during my rest times. I see other guys setting on benches, lifting a couple of time and then setting and waiting. Not a DROP of sweat on their tshirts and they look so board that you just want to put them out of their misery. I just don’t get it.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
1-Hand Kettlebell Swings
24 kg – 20 reps each
Kettlebell Figure 8’s
24 kg – 14 each direction
I held on to my 229.


Hahahaha they have no passion! They’re not pushing to the next level by much, that’s for sure.
