Back up to 230. I am just eating too much. I have to do something to make a breakthrough.
Brutal workout this morning. I had hoped that I would shave a couple more minutes off this Monday workout but ended up adding a couple. This time it was 40 minutes and I busted my ass to get that. Something was just a bit off this morning that did not allow me to push through to make an improvement. I am not disapointed because I really worked hard, I just wish I could have shaved a couple of minutes off, not added them.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 2:30 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up
6 kg – 10 each side
Kettlebell Snatch
24 kg – 10 each

You’re the MAN! You keep fighting through after those “bad” days, and that’s the key. I’ll bet you a dollar that you’re back down to 237 by next week. When you’re down to this point, the pounds your body shows you on the scale don’t register as much as they did when you were bigger. The days of that immmediate gratification are gone, but that is a testament to how hard you worked to get here. Just a quick question: how much had you had to eat before these last two “mini-binges”? If you’re trying to make record times, your body needs that many more calories and it might be triggering those “bad” meals?
But I want immediate gratification and I want it now.
