Today’s workout with increased weight for swings went well. Now at 28KG for swings. Figure 8′s ok, just needed to stop a couple of times for a back stretch.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
1-Hand Kettlebell Swings
28 kg – 10 reps each….increased weight
Kettlebell Figure 8’s
24 kg – 15 each direction
Walked pass the scale. No weight check until next Tuesday morning.
