Have made it for 48 hours so far without getting weighed. Trying to determine if weighing everyday has been a help or not.

Workout went well. Intensity about 7. I was feeling good so did an extra set.

Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
Rope Biceps Curls
115 lbs. – 10 reps
Rope Triceps Pushdowns
115 lbs. – 10 reps
