Good workout this morning. The Clean, Squat and press really push me, but I feel accomplished when completed.

Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 2:00 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Clean, Squat, Press
20 kg – 10 each .
Assisted Narrow Grip Pullups
#16 – 12 reps

48 hours without getting weighed. Only have to make it to Tuesday morning.

Just heard from my remote trainer that he will be in town and is going to join visit me during my workout on Monday morning. Dave was my personal trainer until January when he moved out of state and we switched to a remote trainer setup. I am really glad that I really have been working hard. It would really be crap to have him see me if I had not made progress.
Something good to look forward to.
