I went for a week without getting weighed and this morning was at 222. That means I dropped 5 pounds. Still thinking about what could have happened to finally cause the loss. Was I keeping myself at the same weight by getting weighed everyday? Not sure of the answer yet.
Had a good workout, moved up to 50 lbs dumbbells for my push presses and completed 6 without problem.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1:20 minute rest between sets
Dumbbell Push Press – 50 lb Dumbbells – 4 to 6 reps…increased weight
Functional Trainer Squats on Bench with 4 risers on each side
75 lbs – 20 reps
Functional Trainer Rows
(A, C, E, G, I) 50 lbs. – 12 reps
change lettered setting after each set
