Good workout this morning. Moving up to the 115 pounds for the arm work really pushed me. What seems like a simple workout is really much more intense than it appears on paper.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Lateral Lunge
24 kg – 15 reps each leg
Rope Biceps Curls
115 lbs. – 11 reps
Rope Triceps Pushdowns
115 lbs. – 11 reps
As I put this workout into text I realised that I did 15 reps rather than 11. I HAVE to start wearing my glasses. I do stuff like this all the time. Never seems to be a case where I do less, always more. Anyway, it worked out OK. Of course, if I tell Dave this he will up the weights. I can’t win today.
