Workout went OK. The CSP’s still wear me out but I get them done. Felt good when the workout was over.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 2:00 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Clean, Squat, Press
20 kg – 10 each
Assisted Pullups
#15 – 6 reps ..change assistance
I should be on my way to Cincinnati now but we had to cancel going to the 5K. Two of the guys ran into personal issues that would not allow them to attend so Mike and I decided to cancel and plan something else before winter. I was disapointed, however, things like this happen. It was not so much about the actual running, it was about being able to meet and talk to these guys that I have become friends with online over the months. I am hopefull that something else will work out.
One more day and this challenge will be over. I am considering joining some guys on youtube that are starting a 90 day BFL challenge on September 3rd. I already have the BFL books, I have just never done anything with them. Need to make a decision soon.
