
Feeling really good this morning. Had a good nights sleep. It looks like the Flomax is starting to kick in and I am getting more and more nights of only having to get up once during the night. That is a big improvement.
Had a dream about getting my body fat measured. Even though I am not dropping weight real quick I feel like my BF is dropping as a result of my workouts. I can get it checked at the gym for only 5 bucks, but I don’t have a lot of confidence in the folks that do the checking.
Really happy that I got this workout down to 42 minutes, even with the increase in the snatches. I had been getting worried because this seemed to be taking longer and longer. Felt really strong this morning. I am keeping the rest times down to 1 minute, rather than the 2:30. I am really pumping all through this workout. Did a good 20 minutes HIIT cardio following my circuits.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 2:30 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up
8 kg – 10 each side
Kettlebell Snatch
24 kg – 13 each….increase
