Body for Life Challenge

I am back on track, feeling much better and hit the gym at 5AM this morning. Did my Turkish Get Up and Snatch workout. Came in at 52 minutes, a bit over my 50 minute goal. I checked my sheet and I got 42 minutes on the same workout last week. Perhaps I need to build up after my week long absence. I felt so good I did 45 minutes cardio.

Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 2:30 minute rest between sets
Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up
8 kg – 10 each side
Kettlebell Snatch
24 kg – 13 each….increase

Looking forward to tomorows workout.

Working hard to simply lose all I can by November 2. I will be meeting Mike at the Cleveland airport when he flys in from Michigan and we will be taking the same flight out to visit Rob in Conn. Mike and I are within 3 pounds of each other so we are going to see who ends up at the lowest weight.

Going to the gym tonight. It’s the first night for Dancing with the Stars so I will watch that while doing an extra cardio session.
