
This mornings workout went much better than yesterday. I felt much stronger and only had to take a couple of quick stretches for my back. Was really in the groove for my cardio, did not want to stop.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets
1-Hand Kettlebell Swings
28 kg – 20 reps each
Kettlebell Figure 8’s
24 kg – 15 each


Work stress sucks. Hope things get better soon. Way to keep working out… enjoy those off days.
