Good workout this morning. Felt much better than yesterday. Did the core workout and then the 3 exercises for my shoulder rehab and then the Kettelbell workout, 20 minutes cardio and a cool down/stretch. Got to the gym about 8:30A. Really thought there would be more people there trying to get a workout done before a big dinner.
Circuit – Repeat for 5 total sets with 1 minute rest between sets

28 kg – 23 reps each
Kettlebell Figure 8’s
24 kg – 15 each
Went over to Mom’s and Carol and Mark were there, along with MAC the pug puppy. Had a really nice dinner and conversation.
Back home now. Debbie needs to be at the store at 3 AM for the 4 AM opening. I was reading that a local outlet mall is actually opening at 11:30 PM tonight.
hey ya its still snowing here it is now 10:26pm started sometime last night before 11pm and hasn’t stopped plus it is -6 out. it’s a little slippy too but nothing like our winters can get this is just the beginning. aparently though it will be a little warmer by the weekend but I will believe it when I see it. sucks that your wife has to be at work so early. I would cry if I had to get up at that time I haven’t done that since my early 20′s then I was single and not pregnant. also glade your work was better today. hope you enjoyed your thanks giving we had our the weekend before I found out I was pregnant. I the weekend of the 13th and 14th of Oct. can’t wait till Xmas for more turkey and yummy goodies. take care angie ps sorry for writting a book angie
