Another great night of sleep. In bed 9P, slept straight through until 4A. I love it! Still very cold today. Going to warm up which means snow or rain possible tonight. At the gym for a good workout. This is one of my shorter workouts, only 1 1/2 hours. Felt good and accomplished when done. [...]
