I am getting really tired of this bad back. No workout today. I don’t know about tomorrow. I will go to my Crossfit on Friday, if only to walk through the workout.
I had a really restless night last night so I am hoping the exhaustion will set in tonight and I will sleep.

I hope that back snaps back into shape soon. Back injuries are really frustrating and probably especially for someone like you who likes to do the hardcore strength stuff.
