Frozen Peas and Bio Freeze

Still in trouble with my back. Did Crossfit yesterday and Kettlebells this morning. Trying to get back to my 5 day a week workout schedule.

I backed down both the Crossfit and KB workouts doing everything possible to avoid further issues with my back. I am able to sleep but in pain most of the day.

Using a lot of frozen peas and Bio Freeze.

    I gotta say that I found your videos on Youtube months ago and they’ve been a huge inspiration along my path of losing 40 lbs this year. I had to put the kettlebells away about 3 months ago when I hurt my back. I’m feeling good with the help of a chiropractor though. Thankfully I’m still losing weight through straight cardio and diet but I sure do miss the rush of weight training.
