20080112 – My Aching Balls

Crossfit at 6AM with Matt, Ron, Eric, Kelly, Dave with Brian and Jerry coaching.

We repeated a workout from August 25, 2008, My Aching Balls.


“My Aching Balls”
75 Single Jump Ropes (only done on first set)
15 Med Ball Dead lift Shrug
15 Med Ball Front Squat
15 Med Ball Clean
15 Med Ball Push Press
***4 rounds for time***

I felt good in doing 4 rounds in just about the same amount of time as 3 on the previous attempt, about 15 minutes. Another indication that I am improving.

The war against sugar is going well today. I just need to make it a few more hours until bedtime.

I baked a spaghetti squash and had some with a mild salsa as the sauce. Not bad.
