Crossfit at 6AM. Just me with Brian coaching and Jerry joining me in the workout, since I was the only one. About 10 minutes after the hour Tom came in and joined the class.

It was fun to get to use the Kettlebells.
I have had 3 good eating days. Made it past the donuts this morning so today should be another good eating day.
