Here is a nice video shot at Cleveland Crossfit’s 1 year anniversary. My Crossfit Coach Brian attended and participated in their workout. You can see him at about 15 seconds into the video walking in from the right. He has a black T Shirt and black shorts with white stripes. Also at 24 seconds and 40 seconds and near the end where he is flat on his back trying to recover.
