- 10 95lb Front Squat
15 Push-ups
20 Wall Balls

I had a lot of trouble with the front squats. I was not getting down far enough at all. It was really sad but I worked really hard and used a lot of energy.

Thanks for showing the picture. I was asking myself what the hell fivefngers were and why would you wear em on your feet for lol. hope you had a good Christmas. And I know what you older people falling at a certain age. My brother came down and told him my nephews would come and help and as soon as they heard he had fallen they were right down. And got it down. His concern was getting it fixed while he could cause a it wasn’t raining and b he had to go back to work tomorrow night. thanks for the comment and support over this past year and your friendship. lets make 2009 our year happy new year to you and your wife.
