I left early for class, even had time to fill up the car with gas. As I was waiting for Brian and Jerry to get there I checked my email and saw that Brian was snowed in and would be a little late. Jerry got there to open the gym and Tom and Eric came for class. Jerry started us off and Brian got there just as we started our skill work (BB Cleans) for the day.
This mornings WOD was a real challenge. The Squats were tough. This was one of those mornings where I just could not get down far enough. Eric and I used 95lbs on the barbell and Tom went with 65lbs.
The 1/3 Clean/Front Squat means you do 1 Clean and then 3 Front Squats as 1 rep.

I did not have time to do my box dips prior to class and was beat to a pulp after class. I did 30 dips as part of the warm up. Only one more day to go in this challenge.
