At Crossfit for 6AM class. We had a full class this morning. Tomas, Eric, Kelly, David, Terrie, Angie, Ron, and Puking Ron with Brian and Jerry coaching.
Brian changed things up for our warm up having us do a lot of floor work i.e., pushups, setups, leg raises.
Jerry walked us through the ever popular “Thruster”.

Completed 150 more KB Cleans for Club 3000. Thanks Jerry for pointing out my need for improvement in my “transition”. I can add that to fixing my hip pop and making sure not to curl. Everyone else gets credit for watching me do my 150 cleans. I am 31.6% complete.

Puking Ron was in class. Had not seen him for awhile but he indicated he wants to start coming more in the mornings. He established a new PR today. He did not puke until after the WOD. Usually he pukes during the workout. Consistent improvement is the key.



Always pukes? Is he doing puke worthy activity? Is he showing off by puking? Does he leave the room to puke. So many questions about the puking!
