This was not a good workout morning. My lack of sleep really impacted my ability, especially on the Jump Rope Double Unders. I was never able to get even one done. I had to fall back to doing single jump ropes. On the bright side I did move hard for 20 minutes but the quality of the movement was poor.
Still plugging away on the KB Clean. Another 200 done today. 61.6% complete.


Question for you…
Do you do anything to protect your hands from doing all the cleans? My hands are starting to get torn up after 2 days of doing it.
