More snow this morning. Winter is really holding on this year. 18 degrees on my way to Crossfit at 6AM.

Ron K, David, Terry H. (who is leaving for Florida today for 2 weeks), Tomas and Ron D with Brian and Jerry coaching.

I was really glad to see Ron D. show up because today is the start of our 30 day Weight/Body Fat loss challenge and I would have hated to have to go and track him down. More about that latter.

The WOD was really hard for me because of all the squatting with the lifts. That really takes everything out of me. I think I actually got a few done with really good form toward the end of the workout. Brian and Jerry were on everyone for form this morning. These movements are not easy to do 100% correctly every single time. It seemed like everyone was having trouble this morning. Maybe it was because it was a Monday.

Fight Gone Bad 5
What is a baby boomer?
People born between (and including) 1946 and 1964. After American soldiers returned home from World War II in1946, the United States experienced an explosion of births (hence the name baby boom) that continued for the next 18 years, when the birth rate began to drop. In 1964, baby boomers represented 40% of the population, which means that more than one third of the population was under 19 years of age. In the 1990s, approximately 76 million people in the United States were born in the baby boom years, representing approximately 29% of the country's population. Since baby boomers make up such a sizable portion of the consuming public, their spending habits and lifestyles have a powerful influence on the economy.
