Had another good nights sleep. No further sign of hives. My upper lip is still just a little swollen, or at least it feels that way to me.

At Crossfit at 6AM. I was the only one this morning. Brian and I did the workout together.

Rather than the original schedule Brian had developed for warm up and skill we did Kettlebell walks, clean, swings and snatches.

For our WOD we did 20 Wall Balls and 10 (each arm) snatches (35lbs), AMRAP for 20 minutes.

Brian completed 10 rounds with 4 extra Wall Balls and I completed 7 rounds.

Too bad Eric was not there. Wall balls are his favorites.

My six-month dental checkup is at 7AM tomorrow morning so I have to miss tomorrow’s class. This works out OK because there is a class on Saturday morning and having the break in between will probably be good for me.

Eating is still going really well. No major screw ups. I have settled into a routine with lots of chicken (it’s on sale this week) as my main protein. I am anxious for the next weigh in on Monday morning.

    Im back strict on Zone again but Im trying to avoid having loads of the same protein as i got bored of chicken last time

    So im having eggs once a day, chicken, protein powder and either cold cuts of meat or tuna
