It was really, really dark this morning with the time change. Under a wind advisory until 10:00AM.

At Crossfit for 6AM class with David, Tomas (back from a week in Europe), Kelly and Eric with Brian coaching. No Jerry so I will have to harass myself.

Although it was a very hard workout I enjoyed this mornings WOD. I like moving from one movement to another. That way there is always a chance I might hit on something I can do.

I was able to whip through the push press with no problem and moved quickly through the deadlifts. When all I have to do is stand still and push or pull something I do great. When it comes to sit-ups and box steps I slow down to a crawl.

What Hurts Today – I don’t want to be a complainer and/or whiner but I am going to start documenting what body part(s) are hurting on a particular day. Surprising to me is the fact my back has been pain free for several weeks. My shoulders have gone back to just the normal stiffness and discomfort following my hard work on kipping pull ups a week ago Thursday. Only thing that is bothering me now is my left arm from bicep to forearm. It’s not the elbow, I think it is in the muscle. It’s a continual ache and then pain with movement. In particular today I felt it when grasping the med ball and moving up with the Med Ball Clean. This has been going on for several days.

In regard to knees–I had pain for about a week in both knees, especially when setting for a period of time, but that has all disappeared. Still not sure what might have set that off

I Dream Of Doughnuts – I worked really hard on my “eating plan” over the weekend for this mornings weigh in. I have not had a doughnut for two weeks but I dreamed of a box of Krispy Kreams last night. In my dream, as in real life, I was successful and DID NOT eat any.

documenting the ‘what hurts’ is a good idea I think. good idea to track patterns etc.

Fight Gone Bad 5
What is a baby boomer?
People born between (and including) 1946 and 1964. After American soldiers returned home from World War II in1946, the United States experienced an explosion of births (hence the name baby boom) that continued for the next 18 years, when the birth rate began to drop. In 1964, baby boomers represented 40% of the population, which means that more than one third of the population was under 19 years of age. In the 1990s, approximately 76 million people in the United States were born in the baby boom years, representing approximately 29% of the country's population. Since baby boomers make up such a sizable portion of the consuming public, their spending habits and lifestyles have a powerful influence on the economy.
