We did a Tabata based work out with 30 seconds on and 15 seconds off, alternating between Thrusters and Pull Ups. Switching between the two movements and keep track of rounds was a bit of a challenge when we started but we got that sorted out.

What hurts today?—Still a slight ache in left arm but I think it will soon be gone. Other than that just the usual general aches and pains.
Eating—Made some good beef stew today so I might have eaten a bit too much but it was all good things. Going to go lite tomorrow in anticipation of Monday’s weight in.
