CrossFit at 9AM. When I arrived there were on two cars in the parking lot. By the time we got started we had twenty-two people for class. That is the most I have every experienced. News about what CrossFit Legacy is and does is spreading.
Out new building cannot get finished soon enough at this point.
Brian did out outstanding job of handing so many people and everyone got a good workout.
