Please add rowing to the nearly-endless list of things I cannot do very well (or very fast). It looks so easy when someone else in on the rower, but it completely kicks my butt. And to do it after working to failure on pull-ups was quite interesting. I have learned to evaluate workouts by whether I am able to get my toothbrush raised high enough to get it into my mouth. This morning I nearly was forced to ask for assistance.
