Here is a really interesting article that compares P90X to CrossFit. Brings out some interesting points.

The one thing that you cannot get with P90X that you can get with CrossFit is the CrossFit community. There is a huge online community of CrossFitters that support, motivate and help each other if you don’t go to a physical box.

The community feeling is the one thing that a DVD will never be able to duplicate.

Crossfit Vs. P90X

Butterfly/AFT/Circular kip tutorial

I have been working on my pull ups (under the “motivation” of Will) for awhile now and have made some good progress.

I feel like I am strong enough to actually get myself “up” but I need to work on “form”.



I will be working on these movements.
