I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if (regarding the video of the kid) that wasn&#039;t somewhat normal in gymnast-focused families around the globe... I bet it happens with those kids more than we realize.  While I&#039;m not defending that type of work for a young child, I&#039;m glad his workouts seem more functionality oriented, as opposed to just strictly body building...</description>

It took a long time for me to get to the point where I can just keep going on workouts like todays WOD.

You will get better at pushing yourself with time.  Also, you are still learning things like the KB clean and snatch.  Once you perfect the technique you will be more efficient.

No more DNF for you.

Its amazing that even though I know I am getting better and stronger a workout like this can still kick my tail, and I&#039;m not just talking about being tired after it, but being back on the ground begging for every breath of air, wishing I was dead, tail kicking tired. But I feel great now.</description>
