It was nice to get to the box with the sun shining. This time of year it is always pitch black dark when I get to class during the week.
Will and I were working on the GHD’s before class started and with his patient encouragement (Ok, if you know Will you know what I really mean) I was able to bend back all the way and touch the ground and I am still able to walk. That was a really big accomplishment. I would not have even tried that without your help Will so thanks.
The WOD called for you to do OHS with a 45 bar to your max. Since my max is zero I went with back squats. Did box steps for the box jumps but did a good job on the push ups.
After the WOD Brian opened the garage door and it was really cool to have the sun shine in and feel the cool air. The new box is a great thing.
Eating—No comment.
What hurts today—Disappointed that my heel is still hurting after the shot yesterday. Going to stay hopeful that the cortisone is just swimming around in my foot and will eventually start to work. Other than that feeling good.
Debbie’s sister has taken a turn for the worse this evening and is back in ICU. They put a feeding tube in yesterday and are put in a breathing tube this evening. Rather than getting better each day her condition gets worse each day. Just one day at a time.

I am sorry to hear Debbie’s sister is back in ICU. I hope she improves very soon.
Sorry. Let me know if I can do anything to help.
oh man! it is so hard when family members are sick. Hang in there!
