I was feeling really good this morning and it reflected in my performance. The cortisone injection has kicked in and I am also taking some oral Methylprednisolone. I know I can’t have this much medication on a regular basis but it feels wonderful to be able to move with out constant pain.

This tells me I need to really start investigating how I can get the same benefits of the medication from more natural sources.

My deadlifts were solid at 225 lbs and my push ups were strong and pain free. The Wall Balls sucked and that is where I lost time. I am not efficient in my movements and I am getting use to the higher wall targets in the new box.

I suggested to Joe that he could easily go 250 lbs on the deadlifts and he went for it. Except for the total body Master Cleanse he went through he did really good. Where else could you get a full body clean out in less that 20 minutes?

Will and I worked on the GHD and I was up to 5 set ups in a row, going down to the floor (or within inches of it). Will was down so far he started to looked like a Cirque Du Soleil contortionist. I got down to having my knuckles on the floor once. In my excitement at my accomplishment I almost fell off the GHD which would have been a level of embarrassment even I might not have been able to shake off.

Eating—Everyday starts off good but I am getting tripped up along the way. Hoping for a clean day today.

What hurts today—Feeling so good. I wonder if this is what some people feel like all the time. That would be really cool.

What is a baby boomer?
People born between (and including) 1946 and 1964. After American soldiers returned home from World War II in1946, the United States experienced an explosion of births (hence the name baby boom) that continued for the next 18 years, when the birth rate began to drop. In 1964, baby boomers represented 40% of the population, which means that more than one third of the population was under 19 years of age. In the 1990s, approximately 76 million people in the United States were born in the baby boom years, representing approximately 29% of the country's population. Since baby boomers make up such a sizable portion of the consuming public, their spending habits and lifestyles have a powerful influence on the economy.
