The pull up rig went up yesterday afternoon. It looks great and we can now support 14 people at a time doing pull ups. I should have grabbed a picture but I am sure Brian will be putting up a picture soon.

My heel was feeling good this morning but my right hip has frozen back up again. The complete freedom of movement I had yesterday is now just a memory.

Not a fan of the WOD today. The Windmill has always been a problem for me, along with pull ups and push ups. Putting those together with sit ups that take me forever and you have a total suck WOD.

It was interesting to me that I never broke a sweat because I could never get moving quickly enough to generate any heat.

Will was flying this morning. I noticed that he was finishing up a round of windmills as I was starting mine. He went on to do 15 sit ups, 15 pull ups, 15 ring push ups and was back doing windmills while I was still on the same round of windmills.

Did my 3 Burpees for day 3 of 100 and worked on the GHD, trying to keep the flexibility I established going down to the floor.

Eating—A challenge.

What hurts today—Heel is feeling good but hip was acting up this morning. As far as being able to move I guess it is better to have a sore heel than stiff hip.
