It's been over a year with CrossFit. Kettlebells are a big component in CrossFit so I get the best of both worlds. I am a forward thinker.

Debbie's sister is in a nursing home now. The future is very uncertain at this point. Thanks for asking.

Stay strong,

David,

Thanks for the nice comment.

Inverted Burpees are something that I will just dream about but this morning Tomas, Joe, Eric and Ron were pumping them out like they knew what they were doing.

It can be intimidating to be working around young guys when you know you will never be able to do the things they do but the upside to that is the respect you can get by consistently doing your best. They recognize that and will push and pull you along with them rather than push you to the side. It's a cool thing.

What I have done with CrossFit gave me the confidence to start the self defense classes.

Stay strong,

How is your sister in law doing? How long have you been doing Crossfit now? I just saw an article that the newest things in fitness for 2010 is going to be these things called Kettlebells. Boy you were ahead of the times!

Your killing me! I am still trying to get the basic movements down and then you go and post this Inverted Burpee thing. It can be really depressing to be old and fat with all these young fit guys around.

It’s cool that you are doing the self defense classes. They can be a lot of fun and I think your crossfit training will truly shine. Bad guys typically prey on the week and nothing about you says week.

Stay well and be safe.
