Got 37 burpees in for 100 Days of Burpees.
Felt sore and stiff this morning and was not looking forward to the 2X 250M rows to establish a benchmark. Proved to myself that how you feel does not necessarily dictate how you will perform. My results were outstanding. No idea where those results came from.
Did OK on the WOD also, easily moving through the deadlifts and push press. Took the single jumps nice and slow avoiding many mistakes.
I have started wearing my heart rate monitor again. The highest I was able to get it up this morning was 150. 145 is my target rate.
I have a self defense class tonight.
Eating—On Track
What hurts today—Hips were just stiff, not as sore. Heels are still an issue.
