		<description>That was a grinding workout this morning. I will have to send Brian a message. I did the 95lbs on the bar for both the thrusters and the clean and jerks. (25lbs x 2) + 45lbs = 95lbs... Just checking my math. Merry Christmas Terry. See you on Saturday.?.</description>
