All the main roads are cleared and most of the secondary roads have now been plowed. Reports are that the snow will start again tomorrow afternoon/evening.
WOD did not go well for me this morning. I could not even lift 135 pounds off the ground so I went with 95lbs for the power clean. I was able to complete the WOD but most of my power cleans were muscle cleans.

Things are picking up on Sunday afternoon self defense class. We had 5 students and two instructors so things were moving fast.
Two teenagers were working on punching and kicking, two adults were sparing and I was working with the sticks.
Cory managed to get cut over the eye while sparing and I intercepted the tip of a stick on my face above my lip so it was an afternoon of blood sport.
The only good thing about the hit I took was that I did not do it to myself. That would have been too much for my ego to take.
I did get a reward for the misery of the morning when I got on the scale for the Monday morning weigh in and was down 4 more pounds. I really did not expect that. I had set my mind to just stay even. Clearly, what I am doing is working. I just need to keep it up.
My focus will be on sticking to my plan and letting what happens as far as a loss next Monday happen. I know I am going to come up against a zero loss week here sooner or later and I just need to be prepared for it.
