021110 – Row, Swing, Push and Jump

CrossFit at 6AM. Still cold and snowy but roads are passable.

Really getting tired of being sore all the time. The WOD today was a real challenge. Rowing went OK although I did not get a high calorie number. My hips were on fire for the KB Swings. On the shoulder press I could not even keep going with the 65 lb bar and had to go down to 45lbs. There is something going on in my right arm. It’s not my shoulder but a muscle deep in my arm that can’t take multiple movements. On the box jumps my heels were ripping.

If I was a horse they would take me back behind the box and shoot me just to put me out of my misery.

Eating—On track. Back down to 239 so I hope to be back to 238 and then maybe get another pound or two for Monday.
