CrossFit at 6AM. 33 degrees, no more snow overnight.

I had a headache all day yesterday and during the night I thought my head might blow up. Very little sleep and still a bad headache at 5AM. Went to CrossFit anyway.

I moved really slow this morning and my numbers for the WOD reflected that. I really just did what I could. The Ground to Over Head went OK but my Wall Balls were horrible. I don’t seem to be able to even do one anymore. I don’t know what is up with that. I kept moving on the Box Steps and the Rowing was OK. I was partnered with Will and he got 215 vs. my 121 so I really felt as though I was in slow motion.

I hoped my headache would go away but it did not. It is not get any worse but it is still there, along with an upset stomach.

I was the only one to weigh in this morning but I was really happy with 233 pounds. That’s 23 total since 1-4-2010. I have been dropping fast so my strategy will be to just hold on to this 233 for the week. My ultimate goal is 225 by the end of March. It’s going to be tough but it can be done.

Sunday Self Defense class was fun but a lot of work. Worked with Mark 1-1 on stick combat for the entire class. Nasso worked with Cory 1-1.

Eating—Just sticking to what I am doing.

What hurts today—-Any muscle or joint pain was canceled out by my headache.

Fight Gone Bad 5
What is a baby boomer?
People born between (and including) 1946 and 1964. After American soldiers returned home from World War II in1946, the United States experienced an explosion of births (hence the name baby boom) that continued for the next 18 years, when the birth rate began to drop. In 1964, baby boomers represented 40% of the population, which means that more than one third of the population was under 19 years of age. In the 1990s, approximately 76 million people in the United States were born in the baby boom years, representing approximately 29% of the country's population. Since baby boomers make up such a sizable portion of the consuming public, their spending habits and lifestyles have a powerful influence on the economy.
