Whiteboard 3-2-2010

CrossFit at 6AM. No more snow, temp in the 20′s.

I was in bed at 6PM last night. The headache that plagued me the previous night had continued through the day. This morning the headache had backed off but there is still a lingering ache. My stomach was upset again this morning. Maybe I have just been sick.

The Squat Cleans were a total fail. I attempted regular Cleans at 135lb. Had to use a box to get my burpees done and used the green band for pull ups. I worked hard but any form or technique was out the window this morning.

This still leaves 3 days for a WOD that I might have a chance at. I heard the possibility of a 2000M row sometime this week. That’s something I can do.

I had planned to be at the Arnold in Columbus at 10:00AM Sunday but now realize that the CrossFit Games Sectionals actually start at 8:00AM so I need to move everything up.

Self Defense class at 7PM tonight.

Eating—On track, doing good.

What hurts today—This lingering headache is really starting to get old. It is much better than yesterday but it’s still there in the background. Hips were a mess this morning for cleans and burpees.

One Year Ago—THE HIVES. During the WOD one year ago I broke out in full body hives. That was a horrible morning.

I think that had to have been the hardest workout yet. I got to the point where I almost started crying like a little school girl LOL!!!!!!
I am really sore tonight how about everyone else.

What is a baby boomer?
People born between (and including) 1946 and 1964. After American soldiers returned home from World War II in1946, the United States experienced an explosion of births (hence the name baby boom) that continued for the next 18 years, when the birth rate began to drop. In 1964, baby boomers represented 40% of the population, which means that more than one third of the population was under 19 years of age. In the 1990s, approximately 76 million people in the United States were born in the baby boom years, representing approximately 29% of the country's population. Since baby boomers make up such a sizable portion of the consuming public, their spending habits and lifestyles have a powerful influence on the economy.
