CrossFit at 6AM. Cold this morning but into the 60′s later.

Worked on getting inverted on the rings this morning and on the foam roller trying to roll my right hip into submission.

Kicked up my weight on this WOD from 165 to 205. Made it through the WOD but increased my time. The jumping pull ups sucked but became easier with each round. I just keep in my mind that my deadlifts are solid and they say a good deadlift is one of the best exercises you can do.

Some more clips from Sunday.

Eating—The scale showed 235 again today so I need to stop getting weighed, it’s becoming counter productive at this point. The scale is just playing with me now. I really want to be at 231 for Monday so I will just keep doing what has been working. I know that sooner or later it sill show a loss and the loss will stay there.

What hurts today—Hips continue to be really tight. Really frustrating.

One Year Ago—Tom met pukey.

Fight Gone Bad 5
What is a baby boomer?
People born between (and including) 1946 and 1964. After American soldiers returned home from World War II in1946, the United States experienced an explosion of births (hence the name baby boom) that continued for the next 18 years, when the birth rate began to drop. In 1964, baby boomers represented 40% of the population, which means that more than one third of the population was under 19 years of age. In the 1990s, approximately 76 million people in the United States were born in the baby boom years, representing approximately 29% of the country's population. Since baby boomers make up such a sizable portion of the consuming public, their spending habits and lifestyles have a powerful influence on the economy.
