CrossFit at 6AM. Still dry, staying warm.

Got in some back squat work prior to class. Steve was wearing his new weight vest. This weight vest thing seems to be infecting the entire box and I am not pleased. Hopefully my vaccination against “weight vest” will take and I will not be caught up in this. I am getting some pressure to join in so we will see how successful I am at fighting that off.

The WOD called for 4 200M runs this morning so I am back to running. I am anxious to see how my ankles and feet feel in the morning. Hopefully they will be fine. I have the feeling that will access to paved areas instead of gravel, like in the old box and we will be running a lot more. At this point all I can do is wish for winter.

You can see by the numbers that my running did not help Steve and I much on our results. Brian did come out on the last run to run me in. They were probably getting worried I would not make it back.

Steve and I did OK on our numbers, falling right where I thought we would. I wish I could have contributed more to our time by faster running.

After class Will worked on his muscle ups and got three in a row.

There is a Free Saturday Class and Brian, Charlie, Lisa and Ben are going to do a special WOD after the class.

Eating—On the scale again at 235. Talk about maintenance. I have become the king of maintenance..

What hurts today—Had some trouble getting moving this morning but I finally loosened up. Just some twinges in the right shoulder. Something is still going on but it is not getting any worse.
