CrossFit at 9AM for Free Saturday Class. Warm and sunny, first day of spring!

Really had to push myself to go this morning. Had a scratchy throat when I woke up but once I got some liquids going that got better.

Will and I worked a bit on my pull ups prior to class.

Still trying to embrace running. Had two 400 M runs to do this morning. The dinosaur would have had some nice fatty ass meat this morning. I was 17th out of 17 on the first run.

The burpees were a mess this morning. I did get all the way down to the floor but it was nasty looking.

The times ranged from 9:26 to 16:19. My team of Brandon, Rob and myself came in at 14:29.

On the bright side a couple people who don’t see me on a regular basis made comments about my looking leaner. That was nice to hear. The end of our 90 day weight tracking is the 29th and I and really anxious to see how everyone does in the end.

Once I got home I started to feel really tired and my throat started hurting again. Took it easy for the afternoon. I did overeat. When I get sick eating is one of my comforts and I admit that I needed that comfort this afternoon.

Will and I talked about weight vests. I wondered about the X Vest that Jay got and Will is suggesting the V Force Vest. My best bet might be Rent A Vest.

After the WOD a few of us stayed behind to watch Brian, Dan, Charlie and Lisa do a special WOD.

Eating—Off track today. Feeling like crap.

What hurts today—My heels do not seem worse for wear with the running. I did notice that after the WOD and standing for 1 1/2 hours after the WOD watching and filming I could not bend my back. That finally worked is way out but it was tough going for awhile. Right shoulder is not any worse.
