CrossFit at 6AM. Worked on Pull Ups prior to class. Did good on the swings and push ups. Did step ups vs. box jumps. Compelted all wall balls with 20 lbs but they were sloppy and took a long time. Not a fan of the wall balls. No Self Defense class tonight. Will not have [...]
