I wore my vest throughout the WOD. I could not get down for the burpees so used the med ball in place of the box so that I did not have to go all the way down to the floor. Needed some support for the lunges.
It was another one of those WOD that I just going to the end.

After the WOD I had another try at the plank. My hips were trashed from the burpees so I did not hold out as long as I wanted. The video is in the previous entries.
Will, Joe, Brian and Charlie helped me out by doing a double under video for me to share with the folks in the NGU Challenge. I expect there will only be a few that will even be able to try them but it exposes everyone to something new and show them that there are people that can really do them. I don’t even attempt double unders anymore. They just tear up ankles when I attempt them. That video is also shown in a previous entry.
Sunday was my birthday. I am 57. Tuesday will be my 36th wedding anniversary and next Saturday will be my 38th service anniversary at work. How time flies when you are having fun.
