This mornings WOD was a real struggle. Really had to fight the pain and stiffness until about the 5th round and then things finally started to loosen up. I was really ready to walk out the door and say “screw this crap” but I just kept going.
I only went 95 pounds on the Clean/Jerk and my progress was very slow. The pull ups, push ups and squats were passable.
I think everyone found the WOD to be a real challenge.
